Japanese Competition

This time, I want to share to you guys, yeah as you see the title is "Japanese Competiton". Yup, yesterday I had a competiton held by an Foreign Language academy in my city. I joined the Quiz Contest. FYI, that was my first experience to join such that competiton. I was happy? of course. Among many student who have a good skill on Japanese, Sensei chose me  I really appreciate this /arigatou Sensei/. In addition, I Love Japanese though. I was  nervous? absolutely YES! As I said, that was my first time, regarding I have been an inactive student since I entered High School. Hoho. Forgive me.

Even I just had 4 days to practice all the lesson of Sakura 1, Sakura 2, Sakura 3, Nihongo 1, and Nihongo 2 text books /that was crazy, yeah/ but, I still had spirit and didn't want to give up. I thought that, that was a good chance, I wanted to reach /at least/ an achievement for my HS period.

After 4 days long of practice, finally D-Day came!!!! We went to the vanue at about 10 a.m. Sensei registered us and managed all th administration. After that, I checked the schedule the Competiton, Quiz Contest was  the 4th competition would be held, after Anime Contest, Kana Contest, and Speech Contest, so we had more time to practice. Good. While waiting, we entered the room for Speech Contest, curious about how the contest running. A little bit boring then, so after our friend's performance, I ended up with my books. Forgive me, again haha. But not to long after that, there was a participant who made me lifted up my head, he seemed really confidence about his performance. He performed with a lot of gesture, face expression, and intonation synchronise to what he said.To be honest, I hated to see the way he gesture his words, it was like, hmm.....cucok?? Haha sorry, dude.

Time passed. And here you go, Lunch time!!! Wooo...Haha. We had lunch after Kana Contest ended. But, Anime Contest hasn't ended yet, there still 5 members of our school left there. At first we would like to wait for them, but then we decided to have lunch first, due the Quiz Contest was about to start in 30 minutes.

It was about 5 minutes before te Quiz Contest started. My school sent 2 groups, and lucky me, that my group would have the 2nd Round. But, I still nervous of my friends. Fufufufu. The 1st Round started, it was running well also my friends, and they successed pass the elimination round . Congrats guys!!

We were chosen as A group, the first group which would have the first envelope of question of course. Haaaah.....my nervousness increased. We were going well 'till the third question, because my friend misspelt the answer of fourth question  T___T No problem, still there 3 question to go. But, again....we failed at the fifth question we didn't know the answer. I saw that two of my friends also upset about that. All of us were really nervous, yeah ABSOLUTELY. The game went well but not us, we continiously made a lot of mistake and misspelt. But we still did our best 'till the end. And finally, my group ended up with 700 point which had 100 point gap to the finalist. One right answer = 100 point. See that?? We just lost A QUESTION left. It was about vocabulary thing, I pressed the bell 0.0000001 second late than Group B. Aaah.... Kkaebsong. Aaarrgghhhh.......that was really frustating!!! But, I was still happy that I have done it well and did my best. We went back to our seat and shook hand with Sensei and apologize that we FAILED. But Sensei said "don't worry, you guys done well though", so did my friends. Doumo arigatou. "This is  my first time and I have done well, good job!!", I murmured and encourged my self, smiling.


At the Final Round, my adrenaline increased again, my friends as Group B was at the podium answered all of the question.Woah......Great!!! the whole Group were doing well, also my friends, they gained profit of point because Group A failed for 2 questions. As the result, our school representation WON at 2nd place. Good job, guys!!! Congratulation, again!!!*prok prok prok

It's been a long long time since I join any competiton. And yesterday, I realize something that...... Evidently, one of our happiness is when we done well and give our best to all of what we do. Recently, I feel upset for no reason. but, I think now I know why :D
